Chapter 13 is a repayment plan that may benefit you as well. In a Chapter 13 a person or persons can save their home from foreclosure if the mortgage lender has filed for foreclosure. If your real estate taxes are delinquent or have been sold and you are in jeopardy of losing your home due to sold real estate taxes you can save your home through a Chapter 13 repayment plan. Even if you do not have a job and only receive social security or disability income you are still eligible to file for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy protection.

Corporate debts can be discharged in Bankruptcy as well. If you were operating a small business and the business ran into financial trouble you could file a chapter 7 and eliminate all the corporate debts. If you personally guaranteed the corporations debts you may need to file a personal bankruptcy case as well Our office will run a credit report for you.
